Water Efficiency Calculations – Part G of Building Regulations
New Properties or those dwellings created from a Change of Use such as Barn Conversions, will require a Water Efficiency Calculation to satisfy Part G of Building Regulations.

Using the plans produced by your Architect, and at the point when we would issue you with your EPC, we can complete a Water Efficiency Calculation based on the appliances within the house to give you a report that will satisfy Part G of Building Regulations. New dwellings, dependent upon their size, will have different targets in terms of water usage. This Water usage will be determined by Building Control.
